  • Voice

    Every supplier call answered.

“Where’s my payment?” answered from the ledger, with the status and the payment date.

  • Chat

Answers for budget holders, on tap.

Site managers see what’s waiting for them and get the link to approve it.

  • Social

    Supplier chasers, never missed.

WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages answered or routed, with the same facts as the ledger.

  • Connected systems

Matched, coded, drafted in your ledger.

Drafts built in Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central, with the PDF attached.

  • One view

    See who’s holding what.

Every invoice’s status, approver and age, across every company and site.

How an invoice moves

From a full inbox to your ledger, checked at every step.

Get started

Our team configures the connection to your accounting system, such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central, and your approval workflow. That typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your requirements.

Why it holds up

Built for finance teams who can’t afford a guess.

Atlantas does the reading, checking and chasing. Your team keeps every decision that touches the ledger or a supplier’s money.

  • 01

    Drafts, not postings.

Invoices land in your accounting system as drafts. Your team reviews and posts. Nothing reaches the ledger on its own.

  • 02

    Coded like you code.

Coding comes from your own posting history and rules, not a generic chart of accounts.

  • 03

    Checked before anyone approves.

VAT numbers with HMRC, company numbers with Companies House, KYB and KYC on suppliers, duplicates caught.

  • 04

    Works with your accounting system.

Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central. Your ledger stays the book of record, with nothing to rip out.

What Atlantas never does on its own

Never on its own
Post to your ledger, release a payment, or change a supplier’s bank or contact details.
You stay in control
You set the approval matrix, the tolerances and what it answers. A person is one handoff away on every channel.
When it’s unsure
Low-confidence fields go to a person, flagged with the reason. It says it doesn’t know rather than guessing.

Questions finance teams ask us

Will Atlantas post invoices to our ledger?

No. Invoices arrive in your accounting system as drafts, matched and coded. Your team reviews and posts them.

Will it code invoices the way we do?

Yes. It learns from your own posting history and coding rules, and flags anything it cannot place with confidence.

What happens if it reads an invoice wrong?

Every field carries a confidence score. Anything below your threshold goes to a person, flagged with the reason, never guessed.

What checks does it run?

Supplier VAT numbers are checked live with HMRC and company numbers with Companies House. KYB and KYC checks confirm the business and its directors are real. It also checks the VAT maths for each scheme and catches duplicates on supplier, number and amount.

Which accounting systems does it work with?

Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including 4PS Construct. Your accounting system stays your book of record, and our team configures the integration, typically in 2 to 6 weeks.

Can a caller get it to change a supplier’s bank details?

No. Supplier details are never changed over the phone or in a message. Requests go to your finance team to confirm in writing.

How fast can we go live?

Most teams are live in 2 to 6 weeks. It starts with a chat, then our team tailors Atlantas to your rules and connects your accounting system.

Close the month without the invoice pile.

Let’s have a chat about how your AP runs. Then we tailor Atlantas to your rules and connect your accounting system around it.
